Certain receiver reject my email. I get the following reply:

ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Administrative prohibition 

I have checked SPF and DKIM with  DKIMValidator.com and got a pass on both. I can reach the receiver from other accounts. Anything else I can do/check to ensure that the receiver can receive my email?
