Email ID already exists error

I get the following error " Alias Email Id already exists" while trying to create an alias info for my domain mails.

I've already contacted support (support [at] zohomail [dot] com), Monday morning and have yet to get a answer.

This is my primary email and I would be grateful if this could get fixed as soon as possible.
