Hello,

 

We are evaluating Zoho and the Outlook Plug-in is a must.

 

When I select the email to be sent to Zoho, if one of the recipients is an Exchange user, it will import the contact as the following:

 

   name: "/o"

   email: "/o"

 

How can I fix this?

 

Also, how can I import multiple emails at once?  It seems that I cannot select several emails and click on the "Add email to Zoho CRM"...
