email messages from my web site are not being recived in my Zoho hosted email account

Hello and thanks for taking interest. I am trying out Zoho and I have got through the sometimes confusing way Zoho presents and also neglects to give good hand holding details to newbies wanting to set up a Zoho account.

The major problem is that emails from our web site hosted by 123-reg.co.uk are not getting to our in box's in Zoho. Our CC copies of the same web site generated emails to our personal gmail email addresses are being received efficiently.

Anyone got any helpful info and things to check out in our Zoho set up.
