Hi Zoho Team,
Recently I noticed that I am not receiving e-mails from my website. I just forgot my website password and I generate a password reset link to my domain email discuss@glpad.com but I have not received it. where is the issue??
Now it is serious, and it affects our business. I have to call other customers and ask them if they have sent any emails to me recently because possibly I didn't receive them.
Why is this happening? How to solve it?
