Email Out feature in Zoho Writer?

Zoho Writer has another useful feature that you can use to send your writer documents across to different email service providers like Yahoo, Gmail, MSN etc. The "Email Out" feature that we are talking about also comes in handy when you wish to send a document from Zoho Writer to other users who are currently accessing their yahoo, gmail accounts. This is how the Email Out feature works:
# Open a document in the writer editor > click on "Email" Link > following by choosing "Email Out" from the list.
# A pop-up appears on the screen with the following fields : Email ID, Format & Send As.
# Enter the email address to which you wish to send the writer document.
# Choose document format - html, doc, sxw (Open Office), odt, rtf, txt
# Select any one of the "Send as" option, "Inline" or "Attachment" and click on "Send" button to complete the above operation.
The user will get an email from Zoho Writer with a subject line - "[Zoho Writer] <username> has emailed <document name> to you" where the variables username & document name will be replaced by you Zoho account name and the name of the document which you are emailing across.
