Email pinning or sticky?

Hello,

Any thoughts on allowing emails to be 'pinned' so they remain at the top? Kinda like "sticky" threads on forums? Don't recall seeing this feature anywhere (gmail, aol, etc.), so not sure if it's possible. Also not sure if those other services have this function and I'm just unaware of how to us them.

Just a thought.
