Email plug in for Outlook 2010 seems to sto pme sending any emails

Hi

Hope you can help. I have a POP3 IMAP email account but since I have installed the outlook 2010 plug for zoho I have been unable to sending any emails. The error message I receive is Error 550 please see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=90.212.46.186

hope you can help as this is an issue for my business.
