I'm trying to create an email policy which disables POP email. I've tried creating a 'New Access Restriction', turning off 'POP Access'. I would then go to all mail accounts and apply the policy to all users. However, when I click on an individual user, I can see that the settings have not been inherited by the policy.

Can someone please explain what I might be doing wrong? Thanks so much in advance...
