Email Routing - add destination with port number

HI,

I am wondering if I can use the email routing feature to get around port 25 blocks implemented by my ISP? 

What I'd like to be able to do is set the destination IP address to my personal email server, but set a specific port number, and not use an MX record. i.e.  myISPassignedIPaddress:587
