Hello I am in need of help,
I have set up my domain under zoho and it is all active and approved. I have been using it for several months now but recently found out the following:
When I send an email form
me@mydomain.com to someone - they have been receiving it is
me@zoho.com. (the original email zoho created when I signed up for an account. I clearly have my domain email selected as the sending email.
It is my understanding they should show up to the receiver as if they came from my domain.com vs the soho account email assigned to me when I signed up for zoho email. Now I have people thinking I signed up for a new email when in fact I did not.
Please advise so I can get this cleared up.
