"Email Settings > POP (Zoho Mail)" is not appearing in my "Setup > Personal Settings"

"Email Settings > POP (Zoho Mail)" is not appearing in my "Setup > Personal Settings"

Can you please explain why I do not see the option to setup my mail add-on feature ?

I do not want to host my mail under zoho, I only want to use the mailmagnet feature.
