Email/Sharing problems

It appears that those who I attempt to email and share my documents with are not getting the email to access it.

It seems to be with verizon.net emails, with YAHOO and others getting it.

I also tried to email/share my docs with myself...also a verizon.net address... and I'm not getting them, either.

Is this something Zoho could address, or are we to blame it all on Verizon?
