Hello,

I have gotten a notification that one of my users is approaching the max 5GB for her email account.  Looking at the usage, the mail storage report shows her using 4.25GB.  The folder view also shows a total usage of 4.25GB.  However, looking at individual folders, she is only using about 2.9GB and 57%.  

Is there somewhere else to look to find this unallocated storage?  The math just doesn't add up.
