Emailing documents

I have tried emailing word/html documents for the zoho writer but I've always been unsuccessful. When I click on the import icon, there's something at the bottom of the dialog box wich say to email docs to an id and it will display in zoho writer. I have tried that but none of the docs appear in zoho writer. Is there any other way to do it? So, is this system having some fault?
