Emails sent to recipients spam/junk (SPF enabled, DKIM?)
Dear Zoho team,
I have just created an account with you and am now testing a newly formed email (whether it ends up in the recipients junk folder or not)
At the moment both the SPF and DKIM are shown as 'green' under the Domains tab in the Admin console, however, all emails are flagged as 'junk' on the recipients side.
What more could I do to prevent this from happening? Thanks!
