Emails not showing up in some leads
Hi,
My sales reps are using the Gmail integration for email. From my understanding, emails to/from a lead with a matching email address, will show up in the Email section of the lead.
Sometimes they do.
And sometimes they don't.
What kinds of things may prevent emails from being brought into the lead record so we can troubleshoot? We have confirmed that the email in the lead record matches, exactly, the email address that is being used to communicate with the lead.
