Emails sent from zoho to Microsoft/office/outlook are going to spam
So emails from our organization's account sent to another organizations ( that use office365) is ending up in spam in the last few days.
I sent the same email from Zoho to Office365/outlook and copied my gmail account - And the headers in the gmail are good and email lands in Inbox But the microsoft account it lands in Junk mailbox and headers have issue.

We need to send some urgent emails to our customers but are unable to do so without having to send emails and asking them to whitelist us or check their Junk email. We need an solutions for this urgently. Kindly help.
