Embedded show display changes - some problems.

A change to the display of an embedded show apparently was activated today. Our show is now bookended by black bars on the left and right, and the zoho toolbar still appears, but rather than cutting off the bottom of the slide, it appears below the slide. One of the toolbar buttons (fwd slide) has disappeared. I believe the image has been slightly warped by these changes, but not noticeably to our users. These are minor issues.
The major issue is that embedded shows are no longer looping, although the loop parameter is set in the embed code. At the end of the presentation, rather than starting over, a black box pops up stating "End of presentation. Restart?" This problem is, for us, more severe. The embedded show must loop for it to be used effectively.
I had hoped this change would resolve our continued issue with the display of the toolbar appearing even though the embed code seeks to hide it.
Is any adjustment needed on my end, to fix the embed code? Thank you for your prompt assistance.
