Enable Organization-Wide reCAPTCHA Settings in Zoho Forms

Hello Zoho Forms Team,

We appreciate the existing security options for Zoho Forms, including Google reCAPTCHA v2 (checkbox) and reCAPTCHA v2 (Invisible). However, we have a major usability concern:

Current Limitation:

Right now, CAPTCHA is a form-specific feature, meaning that we have to manually enable it for each individual form. Additionally, every time we enable reCAPTCHA, we must re-enter the site key and site secret for each form, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

Feature Request:

We would like the ability to set Google reCAPTCHA settings at the organization level
so that it is automatically applied to all new forms by default.

Specifically:
✅ A global setting to enable reCAPTCHA for all forms.
✅ The ability to preconfigure the site key and site secret once at the organization level.
✅ A form-level override in case a specific form needs different settings.

Why This is Important:

  • Saves time and effort by eliminating the need to manually configure CAPTCHA for each form.
  • Ensures consistent security across all forms within the organization.
  • Reduces human error, as reCAPTCHA settings will be applied uniformly.

This feature would greatly streamline the form creation process while maintaining security. We would appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to your response.
