Error 500 every time

Error 500 every time

Hi, I was trying to get access to Creator and test it in conjunction with Zoho CRM, while I have trial access. But every time I get to the Creator's home page, Error 500 pops up. Please find the screenshot attached.

I would appreciate if you let me know how to solve the problem.
