Error Exceeded Maximun Allowed Authtokens

I am trying to integrate Jotform with Zoho CRM, but am getting the message Error Exceeded Maximun Allowed Authtokens. I see that I have 16 active tokens. I was told I could reuse them, but I still get the same message. Please advise/
