Error... left expression is of Type BIGINT and right expression is of type int

Error... left expression is of Type BIGINT and right expression is of type int

In the past week I started getting this error when I try to Fetch records. 

In Criteria left expression is of Type BIGINT and right expression is of type int and the Operator == is not valid

Is this a bug? or did something change?
