Error Message - The email which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region

Hi there, 

I am trying to set up a new employee in our Zoho one and keep recieving the error message saying "The email which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region". 

Can you please let me know why this is happening and help me with setting this employee up?
