Error message when clicking on 'Preferences'

Error message when clicking on 'Preferences'

Dear Sir/Madam,

I just upgraded my Zoho CRM Outlook plug-in, but I'm now getting a strange error message. When I click on 'Preferences' the error message is 'Object doesn't support this property or method'

Then I do get into the preferences box (two tab sheets 'Synchronization' and 'Choose Category'. However, the 'Choose Category' doesn't allow for any chooses to be made. I suspect something is wrong there.

System set-up:
Windows XP Professional
Office 2003
Admin rights within Zoho CRM
