Error to tag to an user in zoho crm notes

Error to tag to an user in zoho crm notes

Hello guys, I have a little problem to tag to an user in the notes section. I can to make tag to this user, but to save the note, he don't get a notification in his email. This strange case only passing with an specific user,  Will this a configuration problem? Thanks!
