Error when importing Access databases "External component has thrown an exception"

Hi, I am trying to import an Access database to zoho creator. I downloaded the migration tool, opened it, and tried to import my database, but after selecting the file on my computer I get an error message "External component has thrown an exception"

Anyone know what this means? Thanks
