We have been using this plug-in in Outlook for 2 years. It has stopped functioning for COMPANY searches. Even though the company exists in CRM it is not showing up in the search.

Example below doesn't show up when you type the Company name of "Halton Region" but it shows up if I only put "Halton" ... similarly for other companies, this is just one example. If we put only 1 word it comes up but as soon as we add a 2nd word it doesn't pull the info.
