What is ETA for defect fix or help? I have been trying since 24 hours to contact Zoho Support, as well as sent mail with my requirements. I am not able to reach through Phone and nobody is there who can respond mail promptly.

We are paid customer and one issue/query holds entire application development process. At least, give call back if you are not able to answer when we call.
