Evaluation: If I can't do this, Need go no Further....

We are still evaluation Creator and have begun to make some basic forms and views and reports. I have been very impressed with the power of the app and very excited to move forward. But the following is the main requirement, and if we can't do this I cant see any need for going further.

We create a recipe and add ingredients. we know the percentage that ingredient represents. We know the cost per lb of the ingredient. We know how much the total recipe represents and therefore we can calculate the cost for making the sample recipe and the production recipe. Thus everything flows from there. If we can't determine the cost of our finished product and what reflection any modifications might have on that cost, then it would have to be on with  excel.

This is what the spreadsheet we use right now looks like. The yellow cells are the cells that require user input the others are locked and static. Also need to be able to insert a line when adding additional ingredients.

Can this type of form be created?
