Events made for Contacts not syncing with Google Calendar

When I make an entry for a Contact, it doesn't sync with Google Calendar.

However, when I click on the entry in calendar, click edit, and then save it again, it will then appear in Google calendar.

It's been 5 days since I submitted a ticket on this and still have not gotten a response.

I am about ready to ditch Zoho at this point and switch to SalesForce if this is not resolved soon.
