We have some customers who don't want us to send data outside the EU (due to GPDR - General Data Protection Regulation).

As we don't know what happens with the emails with the current forwarding solutions (forward to xx @zohodesk) we want Zoho Desk to read the Exchange mailbox directly (and possible move "touched" emails to a different folder) but we can't find any settings for this.

Why isn't their a setting/config that Zoho Desk can read data from an Exchange mailbox directly without using the Forward flow?
