We are writing to request an enhancement to the activity reminder feature within Zoho Desk. Currently, we can set reminders for calls, tasks, or events as pop-ups, emails, or SMS messages. While these options are valuable, they do not fully address the needs of many users such as us.

We propose expanding the functionality of activity reminders to allow users to trigger custom actions or workflows upon reminder activation. This would significantly enhance the utility of reminders and enable users to automate various processes.

Specific Request:

• Custom Action Trigger: Introduce a new option within activity reminder settings to trigger a custom function or workflow when the reminder is activated.
• Workflow Integration: Provide seamless integration with Zoho Flow or other automation tools to create complex workflows based on reminder triggers.
  

By implementing these enhancements, Zoho Desk can provide users with greater flexibility and control over their workflows, leading to increased productivity and efficiency.
