Experience using Zoho CRM in a MS Exchange environment?

We're a small firm thinking of using Zoho CRM. We use a hosted MS Exchange for our email. There are some old forum comments about how Zoho CRM does not integrate with MS Exchange, but I recently identified Zapier as a possible solution: https://zapier.com/zapbook/zoho-crm/. Does anyone out there have experience - positive or negative - with Zapier and Exchange? Input much appreciated.
