Exporting Pivot table in xlxs.

I am trying to get 2 things done when exporting a pivot view to a xlsx format.
First thing I would like to have templates like colors and other predefine choices. At the very leas I would like to be able to keep the color scheme we have in the actual view just like it does for the PDF.
The second thing is that when I export, I lose all the formatting basically no more sub-totals and grand totals. The row is present, and the numbers are calculated but the actual row with the grouping is just empty all the way until the numbers at the end. This mean that each time the users export the view they need to fill in the row.
In the PDF we don’t have that issue but can't work with a
pdf to change some data is needed be so why we need to use xlsx.
So, as you see in this test data set we have a sub total at the user base and the project base but those are empty line would like to have them prefill like they are in the actual view.
