Exporting zoho mail from another zoho old account

I want to change from my hosting provider, but i want to keep using the zoho mail with all the data and contacts
in the old account and hosting, how can i keep using all the data witout losing any information when i changed from one hosting to another. and also the new developer told me that the DNS and the config in the cpanel have to change, so i may loose some data if i dont do this properly.
