FAO DEVELOPERS - Office Opening Hours

I don't know about other users on here but Zoho support team always seem to call well after when our office is shut 5 pm GMT. Our opening hours have been made known at least 7 times including to the sales rep.

I would like to formerly request that you create a field in the software that your staff use (as I do not think they use Zoho CRM), to enter our working hours and ask EVERY USER what hours their workplace are open and what hours specifically that they are typically available each day.

I get this problem all the time, several times Zoho staff have failed to call me back even after leaving an answering machine message when calling and reaching the automated message or if i leave one via a staff member of another dept.

This is happening far too often and is simply not good enough.
