Let me list a few features outlining it's functions: 

• Audio & Video calls: The calls are available in 1-1 Chats. Get connected instantly with your contacts and colleagues from anywhere. 
• Commands and Bots: You can now create Commands and Bots to integrate your internal tools with Cliq. You can also connect with applications available in the internet. Visit our developer docs here.
• PrimeTime: PrimeTime is Live Video Chat session between a group of users. Engage in group sessions from the comfort of your place.

• GIFs: Animate your chats with GIFs. Search for any GIF under the smiley section. 
• Starred Messages: Star important messages, links and files and when needed get them in an instant by opening the Starred Messages.
• Events: Create Events, invite and get invited, be notified and plan your day accordingly.
• Channels: Create External Channels with other Organization users, thereby collaborating in an effective way.
• Cliq Marketplace: Create your own apps using our Platform and upload them in Marketplace in addition to existing Apps.
