Request: Allow Users to Build a Custom App Bundle (Choose Only the Apps They Need)

Hi Zoho Team,

I appreciate the value that Zoho One and the Plus Bundles (CRM Plus, Finance Plus, etc.) offer. However, I’m finding it difficult to get the best fit for some users business needs without overpaying or managing too many disconnected subscriptions.

đź”§ What I'm Looking For:
A flexible plan where I can build my own Zoho bundle — selecting only the apps I need (for example: Zoho CRM + Books + Creator + Desk) — and receive a unified plan, with:

  • One bill

  • Central admin console

  • Slight bundle discount for 3+ apps

đź§© Why This Matters:

  • Not all businesses need 45+ apps from Zoho One

  • Buying apps separately leads to:

    • Multiple admin consoles

    • Fragmented user management

    • No bundled pricing

  • The existing Plus bundles are limited to fixed combinations that don’t always fit real-world use cases

📦 Proposed Solution:
Introduce a “Custom Bundle Plan” that:

  • Lets users select 3–10 apps from the Zoho ecosystem

  • Offers modest discounts based on number of apps

  • Includes a unified admin dashboard and billing

  • Optional add-ons like SSO, analytics, integrations

This would make Zoho much more attractive to mid-size businesses or startups that want flexibility without paying for tools they don’t use.

🙏 I hope the Zoho product team considers adding this flexibility in future plans. It would solve a real problem for many of us who are loyal Zoho users but want more tailored options.
