Fields of Look up in Custom Modules

We need to create a custom module in Books for Proforma Invoices 


Now I created a Custom Module and added a Table and in the table added a lookup field and chose Items 

Now I want Specific fields of the item such as Tax, Item Cost etc but it only displays the name 

But I can't find any option to do that
