Filter rows and then batch-download attachments?
Hi, all. I'm researching the possibility of using Zoho Creator to organize an academic conference. We plan to have users upload their submissions to a central database, where we will later blind the filenames and assign them to referees. It would be great, once the referees were assigned, if we could run a report that would filter all the rows in the database that match Referee X and then download all of the file attachments from those rows at once to ZIP and send to the referee. The alternative we have used in the past is to maintain a local copy of all of the files and sort them by hand into referee folders, which is time-consuming. There may be a better way of doing this with Zoho that is not occurring to me. Any advice is much appreciated.
