Find and replace values of a rich text without activating the html format on it.

Hello,

I need to create a function that removes the <xmp> </ xmp> from my rich text but without the html being activated. I want you to see exactly the same, since the code will be executed and I need it in this format, with these spaces, etc. I have intented with the function Replace all, but I do not think it is appropriate. Any ideas?
