Fixed Assets Register

Thank you Zoho Books for adding fixed assets register. BUT there are certian tweeks that needs to be implemented. I found the following issues and seek improvements.

1) Fixed Asset Register Report in the Report Section has columns which are so much confusing. Ideally the fixed assets register should be in the following format. (Also Attached Sample Excel Format)


2) Associate Fixed Asset with relevant Vendor Bill and Vendor PO: There is no option to associate fixed asset with relevant vendor bill and vendor PO. This is a must feature which should be included so that completeness of fixed assets is ensured and we can see fixed assets purchased from a specific vendor as well.

3) No bulk update option: Suppose I have 50 fixed assets for which I have entered wrong useful life and I want to change it as a bulk update, there is no option to multi select fixed assets and I have to fix it one by one which is too much time consuming and prone to errors.

4) No customise column option in Accountant >> Fixed Assets Module: I want to add more columns in the fixed assets module such as date of purchase, Serial, Depreciation Method, Useful life etc..... so that sort with any type of criteria. I can not even sort it from oldest to newest date or vice versa because the date column is missing in the module. 

5) No search option available in Accountant >> Fixed Assets Module: There is no search button available to search for a specific asset. How can I find a certain asset by searching through Fixed Asset Name or date range etc. Quite strange that even this option is not available.

6) Revaluation Model Not available: If a company uses revaluation model instead of cost model, there is no way it can be used in the current fixed assets module in Zoho Books.
