If your Zoho Projects portal is integrated with Zoho Invoice/Books, you can now create an invoice for your milestones. You can enable it under Integration Preference and invoice milestones regardless of the project's billing type.

For instance, consider a scenario where you want to invoice a milestone named "Flooring". You can invoice the milestone's time logs under the milestone tab. You can enter a custom line item amount for the milestone even if your project's billing type is based on project hours/amount. If you are invoicing the un-invoiced timesheets, the log hours associated with that particular milestone will be marked as invoiced. Learn More on how to create a milestone invoice.
