Force RTL on email subject?
Hello,
Can you force LTR on ticket subject when sent in an email? When using Zoho Desk with an LTR language like Arabic, the Case ID left and right identifiers (
the hashes #) gets confused due to language change ("RE:" + number & LTR language) see image below.
This causes the next ticket email replies to be received as a separate email and not in the same thread.
