Forgot Admin Zoho Email

I was creating a new account with the domain scienzaperu.com but I never got the text message, Now I try to login to ask again for the text message but It says that the account does not exist, is it administrator@scienzaperu.com I am quite sure. Can you confirm this please? or what can I do?
