Form fields appearing twice on creator mobile

We have a custom application created in Zoho Creator.

When we look at the application form on desktop everything looks normal.

Whenever we access the application on Creator Mobile App some fields appear twice instead of only ones.

I provided an example of the duplicate fields below:

The decision boxes for "Zelf omvormer kiezen" and "Thuisbatterij" should only appear once but as you can see on mobile it appears twice.
