Form or View - Generate a List by Date Range
I have been tinkering with many formats of things with Zoho Creator to learn it. In my creation, I've made a form that key field is a date (no dups) that pulls up a Look Up listing of people. Basicly, enter the date and then check box off each person attending. Submitting saves it with the date as the key field and then a comma delimited listing of everyone that was checked off. What I would like to do is have a Form or some kind of view that would look up all the records within a Date Range selected or last 30 days, count how many times a particular individual comes up, and if over a certain amount would add them to the list to view. End goal is to mark off attendance to events for each individual and as time goes by, show that they are meeting their required number of appearances. I'm having trouble breaking this down into how I should approach the form and if I'm asking for too much or not. I know how to do it in a spreadsheet format, but then lose functionality of the database management in doing so. Anyone with some insight or suggestions?
