I am trying to complete a form which restaurants and bars complete to report their weekly sales.

I have three check boxes at the beginning of the form-

Food

Drink

Accommodation (for hotels)

I want the form to reduce or expand depending on how many they tick.

If they just tick food for example, then only the food part of the form appears.

If they tick all three, then all of it appears.

How can I do that with conditional commands?

I hope it is easy - as my technical ability is akin to the average ill-educated hamster....
