Formatting Issues in Zoho Campaign Email

Hi there, 

I am seeing some formatting issues in emails sent through zoho campaigns. See the attached screenshot and email. 
  • The campaign is showing mixed fonts, in the test email. However, we are using same font style in our editor.
  • We are nowhere using the ARIAL font as the image shows. 
  • Also when we forward these emails the email settings completely change. How can we fix it? 
  • Not sure what the issue is but these formatting issues are there since a long time. 
  • Lastly is there a way to see the html editor for the whole campaign at one instead of layout wise.
Please help us resolve this asap as we do not want to send out these wrongly formatted emails to our contacts. Otherwise, we may need to include a disclaimer indicating potential formatting issues due to Zoho Campaigns.
